Much care has gone into making this wine and the result is excellent. Rather than being an inferior label to the Alto Moncayo and Aquilon, we think it gives a different interpretation to the garnacha grape. It is red fruits driven and compared to the other 2, a lot fresher on the palate. We will drink it with pork and lighter meats, or on its own.
