Appellation: A selection of Californian wine regions. A blended red wine. The Carlo Rossi Red is fruit forward, sweet red fresh or jammy red fruit (mixed red berries, plum) layered with sweet aromatics (vanilla/caramel) with slight medium toasted oak flavour to support the fruit. Sugar sweetness is in balance with fruit. Medium, yet soft tannins. Pairs well with a variety of dishes, especially grilled or oven roasted meats, spicy dishes or rich, red pasta sauces.
