Straw in colour, the Dog Point Chardonnay exhibits ripe citrus, minerality, hints of roasted nuts and toasty aromas together with savoury overtones derived from extended contact with yeast lees. This is a rich full-bodied wine displaying ripe citrus with chalky textural yeast complexity enhanced by flavours of roasted nuts. It is a perfect complement to shellfish, fish, white meats and especially a BBQ rack of pork.
