The Brown Brothers Patricia Shiraz has a vibrant purple hue and a deep powerful inky core. The nose is ripe with dark fruits of blackberry and blueberry with a hint of cool climate pepper spice. The palate is intense and concentrated with great balance. This wine would make an ideal partner to crispy skinned duck breast served with kipfler potatoes, broccolini and a black pepper red wine jus. The Brown Brothers Patricia Shiraz is also fantastic with wash rind cheeses.
