The best Pinot noir, Garnacha and Monastrell grapes from the Sumarroca Estate were selected for this cava. Bright velvet red excellent transparency and fluidity. Very clean and fruity bouquet, with reminiscences of cherries with slight suggestions of yeast due to its long second fermentation in the bottle. Elegant and persistent fruity suggestions, a smooth, elegant flavours and a very elegant and pleasant finish. Serve well chilled at 6° C.
